Terms of Service

By accessing and using Voor AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Services
Voor AI provides AI-powered video generation capabilities. The Service includes:
- AI video generation
- User account management
- Video processing and storage
2. User Accounts
2.1. You must register for an account to use certain features of the Service.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2.3. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Credits and Subscription
3.1. New users receive 50 welcome credits. Each generation deducts the credit cost shown in the generator, and additional credits require a subscription or credits package.
3.2. Additional credits can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
3.3. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
3.4. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
3.5. Unlimited plan: generations in the generator do not deduct credits. To keep the plan available to everyone, it is subject to fair use. When an account's sustained usage is very heavy, new generations may be queued before they start and the number of generations that can run at once may be reduced (from up to 8 down to 1). At the heaviest levels a new generation may be declined, without charge, until a slot opens. Your plan is not suspended for this reason, and normal speed returns automatically as usage eases. The plan is for one person's own use; sharing or reselling access, or automated bulk generation, is not permitted. Included bonus credits apply to credit-billed features such as workflows and Live Director.
When offered and selected at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record and handles payment collection and applicable sales taxes. One-time packs do not renew. Subscriptions renew at the displayed amount and interval until canceled. You can cancel future Waffo renewals in your account; cancellation preserves access through the paid period and unused purchased credits. Credits are added only after payment confirmation. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and reverse the credits attached to the refunded amount.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or edit NSFW or explicit content
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Generate content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Content safety policy
Effective October 7, 2026. These rules cover prompts, uploads, generated results and use of Voor AI. Do not submit, create or distribute:
- Violence and graphic content: graphic injury, gore, torture, mutilation, or encouragement or glorification of real-world violence.
- Hate speech: threats, dehumanization or incitement targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual depiction or exploitation of a minor, including synthetic or altered material.
- Deepfake or impersonation of real people: falsely portraying a person's identity, words or actions, or using their likeness without permission.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): creating, altering or sharing intimate imagery without consent, including attempts to undress a person.
- Explicit sexual content, harassment, privacy violations, rights infringement, illegal activity or evasion of safety controls.
How review works
We screen generation text before starting generation. Only an allowed result proceeds; blocked, pending or unavailable checks do not start a new generation or charge credits. You can edit your request, retry later or appeal through our report form. We also enforce model safety settings on the server and check supported generated images and videos for explicit nudity. Removed identity-manipulation tools are excluded from the catalog and cannot start new generations. Automated checks are limited: they do not detect every violation or establish consent, and we do not claim every output is manually reviewed. Reports of violence, hate, child safety, impersonation and other concerns receive human investigation.
Enforcement and appeals
Administrators review reports and relevant evidence in a restricted support inbox and record the outcome and reasons. Depending on seriousness and evidence, we may refuse generation, remove access to violating content, or suspend an account. A report alone does not automatically suspend another user. Suspended accounts cannot start new generations, including workflows; purchasing credits does not remove a restriction. Decisions may be appealed using the report form. We do not automatically forfeit purchased credits or cancel subscriptions because a report is filed; billing, cancellation and refunds remain governed by the payment terms and available support channels.
Reporting and response
Use Report content or appeal without signing in, or email [email protected]. Include the affected link or request reference, your concern and optionally an email for follow-up. Do not send illegal or graphic material. The form returns a receipt number. We provide an initial human response within 3 business days when contact details are supplied; suspected CSAM, NCII and imminent harm receive priority. Longer investigations receive a next-step update. This is an initial response commitment, not a promise to complete every investigation within that period.
5. Content Rights
5.1. You retain rights to images you generate using the Service.
5.2. You grant us a license to store and process your content for service delivery.
5.3. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.
5.4. We maintain a policy providing for termination, in appropriate circumstances, of accounts belonging to repeat copyright infringers. Copyright owners and authorized agents can review our DMCA and Copyright Removal Policy.
6. Service Limitations
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
6.2. We may impose usage limits to ensure service stability.
6.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data.
7.2. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
7.3. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.
8. Termination
8.1. You may terminate your account at any time.
8.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
8.3. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
9.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
9.3. We will notify users of significant changes.
