DMCA & Copyright Removal Policy

Voor AI respects copyright and responds to sufficiently detailed copyright notices consistent with applicable law. If you believe that material available through Voor AI infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send us a written removal notice using the process below.

1. Copyright removal notice

Please include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works on Voor AI.
3. The exact Voor AI page URL and enough detail to locate each item you want removed. For a template or media card, include its visible title, author credit, or template number.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

A complete notice lets us identify the material and respond faster. We may ask for missing information before we can evaluate a request.

2. What happens after a notice

Where 17 U.S.C. § 512 applies, after receiving a notice that substantially complies with its requirements, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to promptly notify the person who provided it. We may share the notice or its relevant details so they can understand the claim and respond, and preserve records needed to process the dispute, prevent repeat infringement, or comply with law.

3. Counter-notification

If your material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and the Voor AI URL where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located—or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district where Voor AI may be found—and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Where 17 U.S.C. § 512 applies, we will promptly forward a substantially compliant counter-notification to the original claimant and inform them that access may be restored. We will restore access no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

4. Repeat infringement

Voor AI maintains a policy providing for termination, in appropriate circumstances, of accounts belonging to repeat copyright infringers. We may also remove repeated copies of material that has been the subject of valid notices.

5. Accuracy, authorization, and other rights

Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal statements. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may result in liability. Before sending a notice, consider whether the use is licensed, authorized, in the public domain, or permitted by law, including fair use.

A DMCA notice is for copyright claims. For trademark, privacy, likeness, safety, or other concerns, please use our contact page and identify the exact Voor AI URL and material involved.

Use the subject line DMCA / Copyright Removal Notice. Sending a general or anonymous message through the contact form may delay review because a copyright notice requires the information listed above.
