Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Voor AI reviews refund requests for subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, failed payments, and unused credits. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Subscription payments are billed in advance for the selected plan period. You can cancel future renewals from your account billing area. Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
2. One-time credit top-ups
One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable after credits are delivered because they are available immediately for AI generation, storage, and processing. If you believe a top-up was purchased by mistake, contact support before using the credits so we can review the request.
3. Failed generations and service issues
If a generation fails because of a platform error, model outage, or billing problem, we may restore credits or issue a refund at our discretion. Include the task ID, payment email, and a short description of what happened so we can verify the issue quickly.
4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
We review duplicate charges, accidental repeat purchases, and suspected unauthorized payments case by case. If a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly and also notify your payment provider.
5. Refund review timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment processor as soon as practical. Your bank or card issuer controls the final posting time, so a refund may take several business days to appear on your statement.
